They are based in the educational transformation needed to achieve the objetives raised using the appropriate resources and methodologies adapted to the different cases and the following phases:

Process analysis and study of the initial requirements and decision to make with the client: - Collection of the base material. - Definition of the type of final training product, educational purposes, type of audience. - Statement of the number of lesson plans, learning objects, assessment objects, glossaries, additional material, ... and all the resources that could be needed. - Selection of human and material resources (images, video, multimedia ,...) and also styles and forms of expression (formal or informal contexts, characters ,...) for the development of training material. - Decision about the delivery formats of training materials and documents for revision: web links, text-documents, pdf, ...
Preparation of the learning material in which content is structured, selected and developed according to the criteria established with the client in the planning phase.
Time to verify that the material produced reachs all the requirements set at the beginning of the process. Changes would be made according to original specifications and, if there was any structural modification or replacement not defined in the first version of the project, it is possible to rethink it.
